Mark W. Dossett was born in Barstow, California, on July 5, 1970, and admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1995. He attended the University of Arkansas (B.A. in 1993; J.D. with Honors in 1995) where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and associate editor of Arkansas Law Review in 1995. He is a member of the Arkansas and Washington County Bar Associations and an associate member of the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel. Mark is rated Very High by Martindale-Hubbell.

Practice Areas: Mark's practice areas include general civil litigation, medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, premises liability defense, commercial litigation, negligence and tort defense and appellate practice. He has trial experience in both state and federal courts.
