Joshua D. McFadden is a native of Torrance, California, and attended John Brown University (B.S. Magna Cum Laude 2001; M.B.A. 2004). He was a Soderquist Fellow at the Soderquist Center for Leadership and Ethics while earning an MBA. He was awarded his Juris Doctor degree Magna Cum Laude in 2007 from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he was an ABA Foundation Ethics Scholar, served as Associate Editor of the Arkansas Law Review (2006-2007), was a Moot Court quarterfinalist, and belonged to the Phi Delta Phi international legal fraternity.
